A large selection of maintenance contracts are available ranging from annual inspections to fully inclusive maintenance including parts and labour. Although we have several standard contracts to meet the most common requests, we may also be able to provide a specific maintenance programme to meet your exact needs. Service Contracts

Examples of standard maintenance contracts are:

Inspection Contract

One or two scheduled visits per year, which contains preventive maintenance, system functionality and reliability check, cleaning and adjustment.

Certification Contract

	One or two scheduled visits per year, which includes the same services as the Inspection contract.
	Plus a complete system re-certification with Sympatec's Reference Material, issue of a validation certificate.

Basic Contract

	One or two scheduled visit per year, which includes the same services as the Inspection contract.
	Plus one or two additional malfunction repair visits per year.
	Software updates as available to enhance the system performance at no charge.

Basic/Certification Contract

	One or two scheduled visits per year, which includes the same services as the Basic contract.
	Plus a complete system re-certification with Sympatec's reference material, issue of a validation certificate
