We offer an introduction to our technology portfolio during our Particle Measurement Tour or one of the many exhibitions or conferences, where we appear worldwide with ready-to-measure systems. Use this opportunity to get to know our particle experts or to take part in an expert discussion.
Another option for you is to test our systems by sending us your sample and receiving a meaningful report using our taster analysis. For a system demonstration we are happy to come to your place, introduce our technologies and offer a first hands-on experience with the system. To put our instruments to the acid test, we are glad to install a system specific for your application at your facility within the framework of a trial installation.
Consultation after the purchase
After the purchase of an instrument our good service will of course continue. We are not only taking care of your equipment, but are also offering the user our advice and assistance. Our highly qualified and experienced employees can easily be reached by phone for simple questions in regards to the handling of the system or the measurement of your samples. And if you would like to further develop your expertise, we recommend a training or an expert seminar with our application specialists, who are happy to share their knowledge and experience.
The Aftersales service team is in charge of maintenance and technical support of the Sympatec systems. Our highly qualified service technicians have years of experience in the area of particle measurement technology. Together with qualified and regularly trained service partners we developed a global operating service network, which takes care of short reaction times and efficient service calls. Error analysis, troubleshooting and repairs will be handled sustainably and in a timely manner, either directly on site or via remote maintenance.
