Anniversary
20 Years - Sympatec in China
On April 9th, Sympatec celebrated its two-decade journey in China alongside its dedicated Chinese team and esteemed customers.
Founding Vision and Growth
Looking back at 2004 it all started with Dr Jenny Geng, Tracy Feng and one mission – to provide better particles with best instruments. They gathered their knowledge to excel as experts in particle sizing. Over the years, our team and our facilities have expanded, fuelled by a relentless pursuit of success.
Insightful Discussions and Industry Insights
To mark this significant milestone, our Chinese team curated a captivating program featuring insightful discussions on our history, evolution, and future prospects, alongside showcasing our modular particle sizing instruments across diverse applications. Mrs. Nancy Yao, Deputy General Manager of Qiadong Rare Earth Group Co., Ltd. and Dr Tong Zhenbo, Professor at SEU and Chief Scientist at Atem (Suzhou) Pharmaceutical Technology, shared valuable insights into their applications, for example particle size analysis for quality control of magnetic materials employing RODOS disperser.
Festive Celebrations and Gratitude
The day was further elevated by the warm blessings and congratulations from Dr. Wang Tizhuang, Secretary General of Chinese Society of Particle Science, Mr. Fu Xintao, CEO of China Powder Network and Dr. Jean-Marc Bovet, Chief Technology Officer of CF PharmTech Inc.
An enchanting dinner, complemented by a traditional folk music performance, provided the perfect backdrop for celebrating our achievements. The festivities culminated in an Anniversary Raffle, adding an element of excitement and camaraderie to the occasion.
In a gesture of appreciation, Sympatec's Managing Director, Dr. Sebastian Röthele, presented the team with historic art prints of the Caroline and Dorothea mines, which represent the foundations on which our company headquarters in Germany were build. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to our Chinese team on this momentous milestone and express our sincere gratitude for their unwavering dedication and hard work.
However, amidst our celebration, we are deeply saddened by the untimely passing of one of our esteemed colleagues, Dr. Kesten, who played an integral role in building this very foundation we are celebrating. His absence weighs heavily on our hearts as we reflect on the memories we shared and the contributions he made to our success.
